John - took his time to go over with me in great details about the functionally in my vehicle even tho I was too much to digest at once he said to stop by or call him any time when I have questions on my vehicles.
Went in about two months ago to see some options on a trade in, spoke with Rocky, who was a great person, listened to my situation which is a bit tricky, he tried working a few things with his finance manager but never made me any promises. Today I received a pre approval from my bank, I happened to live around the area and thought of stopping by and seeing how my options have changed, I asked the front desk to speak with a finance manager, I did speak with one that actually spoke with me right at front desk, I felt rushed and a bit of unwillingness of his part to try to assist me. The first time I came in my vehicle was appraised, this time around I didn’t have my car so I asked if we could play with numbers so I’d have an idea based on that but also knowing that things would be different because a new appraisal had to be done, this person shut me off right there, I left and will be shopping around at another MB dealership.
I had such a great overall experience with Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury, from the moment I stepped foot into the dealership to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle. My sales consultant was Arthur Gordon and I really can't tell you how much I appreciated working with him. He was very professional, knowledgable, extremely helpful, and most importantly...never made me felt any sense of pressure.

Both my husband and I drive one hour from Connecticut to get our 4 older Mercedes Benz vehicles serviced here even thought we have service centers much closer. The entire service team, technicians, and parts department are capable, knowledgeable and professional and I stress the word professional. . When you come in for any type of service you will be greeted by their service advisor: Emile Colon who is not only professional but goes above and beyond on your behalf. He texts, calls and keeps you abreast of all repairs, problems, and future problem you are likely to encounter. (I appreciate this because unattended small problems can quickly become expensive headaches). In one instance my S class had sustained catastrophic electrical damage from mice (the little monsters). As a result, the car had to be rewired from front to back and have a new wiring harness installed. The amazing repair was completed and the vehicle was returned in working order. This is an testament to the commitment of this service center.
Great and knowledgeable sale representative. He took his time to explain to me about things and never rush me. He make sure that I am happy with my decision of choosing Mercedes. I recommended this dealer to anyone that looking to buy a luxury vehicle. Ajula Amarasinghe is the best
