Tim was fantastic!!! I felt like a person, not just another customer. He helped me find something I wanted that was within my budget. I would definitely recommend Sentry West Mazda to anyone.
I called to see if I could have my field service alerts addressed & to have my computer looked at. It was acting funny. Eric was kind & patient with me on the phone. booked my appointment without my having to ask for a loaner car - offered me one. When I arrived for my service appointment, Pat was super kind & helpful. They were training on a new intake system - the trainer was patronizing & admonished Pat RIGHT in front of me, which I found completely unprofessional on HIS behalf, Pat couldn't have been more embarrassed & apologized unnecessarily but effusively. I received a loaner car that was INSANE - though I was happy I wasn't put in a new version of my current car! When I went to pick up, service was good. I met with Eric, I didn't feel like I should have had to pay for an hour of diagnosis since my computer is under warranty - but it didn't seem to matter. All in all I'm pleased with the service.

This is in response to a previous review which I have since taken down. I was unhappy with the service I received and wrote a negative review. After my review I talked to Jim and he asked that I bring the car back to be checked. Of course when I brought the car back it wasn't making the noise that it so often makes, but the point of this review is to let everyone know how responsive the service crew and technicians are at Sentry West Mazda. I've been buying cars and recommending them since 2008 and this is the service I remember. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends and I truly appreciate them helping me out. The next time the car is making the noise, I will certainly bring it in as they requested.

Great experience all around with Sentry Mazda. We leased a brand new CX-5 and my wife couldn't be happier with the purchase. There was a hold up when we went to pick up the car that was due to an issue with paperwork from my insurance company. The whole team was very accommodating and patiently waited with us for hours. I can't say enough nice things about the salesman Barry N. His customer service was impeccable!
