I have been a customer for 4 years and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The service team is always able to squeeze me in for an appt and Phil and Angela always go above and beyond to help me.
Horrible experience. Karen in finance the worst and out for herself. Be careful how you finance. We also had a bad experience at Kia Wagner anD our son almost died with 2 of his friends due to wrong installment part and was charged for it while under warranty.......owner Mark Wagner was going to look into it on 8/30 and had a few nice promising conversations with him; but never followed up or took it seriously..... does it take someone to die for him to follow up.....

My family and I have had nothing but good experiences here. We've dealt with a saleman named Tony Waters. He is both helpful and knowledgeable and we've never felt pressured to make a purchase. I've only ever been given the impression that he is interested in providing the best possible opportunity for us to find a vehicle that completely fulfills our needs and fits our budget.
I recently visited Audi for a new car. I was placed with Scott Hunter. I was interested in the S5 & Q7. He made sure to thoroughly show me both cars, including a test drive in the 2018 S5 Sportback Prestige. I fell in love with that car and decided to take it off his hands. Scott did a great job and made sure everything happened in a smooth format for me. He was also very knowledgeable. I also want to thank Karen (Finance) and David (Manager) for their help in a quick, easy purchase. From the day I drove the car to the day I picked it up was a few days.
Went to the dealership to pick up my spare key for the car I recently purchased there. I live in NH and drove to MA in a snow storm for it and when I entered the dealership and went to the customer service desk a man yelled out asking if he could help me something in an annoying manner, as if I was bothering them. Told him I needed my spare key as I was told in a voicemail and an email to pick up. The man looked and said he didn’t have it and told me he was covering for Ruzhena who was on vacation. Went and looked on her desk and it wasn’t there. I read the email to him about it being at the customer service desk in a red box and he proceeded to tell me that I should have mentioned the part about the key being in the red box before...terrible customer service. I needed some more help while I was there but after that experience I decided to take my business else where. While I was there purchasing a car there was a female complaining to the manager about how one of the salesmen was treating her poorly. In my experience there, you need a man with you to get any respect. I am very disappointed I can’t get the help I need from them and I will not be going back there. This past visit I left there with a bad taste in my mouth and my review reflects that.
