When I picked up my latest online order, the entire front and back of the bag was written in Pig Latin which was super cool.
There is never a time or day when the line isn't running out the door. The line moves incredibly slowly and you will likely wait 30+ minutes to order. They are frequently out of base materials to make your order, so you'll wait all that time just to get nothing or settle for something you didn't want.
Used to be the best Chipotle out there... now there are a constant influx of new employees who are more interested in just filling their online order slips. Place is pretty much always dirty these days.
Stingy with some of the toppings like corn salsa.and cheese. Definitely not stingy with sour cream though. For me it was too much but I know some people like lots of sour cream. Usually really busy and they aren't super fast so expect a wait if there's a line.
This specific Chipotle is a nightmare.
I witnessed a line worker making a quesadilla. They found out the customer didn't want it. They then dumped the cheese right back into the cheese bin (cross-contaminating the cheese with gluten from the tortilla) and then dumped the tortilla back onto the pile of tortillas (cross-contaminating the tortillas with a dairy product).
Extremely poor customer service ! I do not recommend this specific Chipotle from my experience today and prior visit. I figured give this place another shot but no matter what day or time I have gone this place always disappoints me. Never going back to this chipotle! My husband and I are vegetarians and we asked about ingredients in the pinto beans, the server had no idea and didn’t seem to care to even find out. All staff were very inpatient, stingy with amount of ingredients that went in our meals and have no sense of hygiene or contamination as gloves were never changed through 15 orders prior to ours. This place is disgusting!
Besides the insane wait time, the employees are one of two types: constantly frazzled and overworked, or brazenly apathetic about their job.
A very convenient location since it is located on Route 9. But very poorly managed place. Extremely filty. Trash piled up. When we entered they were out of fajitas and one kind of rice. Almost an hour later, when we were ready to leave, the situation was still the same. And this was at 7 pm, on a weekend, before peak dinner time.
This would have been understandable if they were crowded or short staffed. When you see workers standing around and chatting instead of cleaning tables or picking up trash, you know what their priorities are. Don't go specially if you are going with younger kids for hygiene sake.
When their manager pointed it out, they acted like the manager was being unreasonable. The manager was either too tired or apathetic to continue correcting them, and just sighed and walked away. Nothing was done to clean out the now contaminated tortillas and cheese.
