I've always received good service and expert advice. My husband often will go there with questions when he's working on something and they are always able to help him. We also had the most patient kitchen designer ever.
I love the Home Depot! staff was friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to answer questions and to point out the easiest, fastest and best way to complete my project. on a scale o f 1-5 where 1 is the worst and 5 is the best... I would rate them a 51/2
Looking for a particular item......not in store . The employee suggested a different store, where it would be in stock. Suggestive of Miracle on 34th street movie. I was very impressed with the helpfulness.
Went to the store today. Had a problem with product pricing on line. Debra the manager and Debbie went out of their way and spent a long time trying to rectify the situation. The end result was a positive one. I highly recommend the Shrewsbury Home Depot! Great customer service and professionalism.
Not enough help working the isles. Need a better variety of hard woods.
