If slightly damaged refrigerators sold at a discount is your thing then, you're in for a treat. There are some good deals to be had, the selection varies.

BUYER BEWARE!! Purchase w/d for delivery. Was charged $100 for delivery/ removal. No negotiation. One week later returned to store to cancel order/full refund. Was then offered free delivery. Promised Thurs. 6/1. Wed 5/31 three calls for delivery . Explained to all 3 expecting tomorrow. Thursday 6/1 no delivery. No call. Called Sears cancelled total order. Full refund promised. 10 days no refund. Complaint filed with my credit card company to chase refund down. BUYER BEWARE!!

May be good if you are shopping for some appliances, thou for other items the selection was poor, and service was not the best.

In October my husband and I purchased a Fridge and a Dishwasher. When it arrived at our house the ice maker tray was missing. I called from work the following week and spoke to a Ray and he said that he couldn't help without the item and model number. I then called the following week, and spoke to a Chris at the store and when I explained the situation he said no problem I will order it right now for you. I waited about three weeks and called again. I explained to the person who answered the phone that the item did not arrive. He went looking for Chris in the store and came back with the 800 number for parts. I called number and spoke to several people until a Karen finally ordered the part for me and apologize for the run around. She said that no order was placed for us and that all the pertinent info was already on file they just didn't want to take the time. Horrible customer service.

Bought a fridge. Two weeks after we got it home the freezer temp was going up and down. Called and talked to Chris who was great and had us bring the fridge back. We didn’t purchase extended coverage or anything. We went back and worked with Craig. He brought us around looked over several refrigerators pulled them out found a better than comparable unit. This was an excellent experience and we appreciate the service we received. Only four stars since the first one broke on us. We will be back.
