I had a great experience for an oil change and tire rotation. Russell at the front was extremely friendly and helpful and they finished up within an hour. Will be going back for future service.
Good service. Good price. Russell the service Mgr quoted me on the phone, and then in person after briefly looking at the issue, then when I returned after the work was completed it was even cheaper! He told me he got the parts cheaper and so instead of increasing his net he likes to kick it back to the customer! Great sales line and good way to keep people coming back.

I have been here a few times already and scheduled to have more work done soon. The staff here is always polite and the work gets done the way it should. They explain the what's and the why's until I am comfortable with the work. Awesome place.
I used Midas for several times because it is very close to my work. In previous times I was satisfied but I had a very unpleasant experience this morning: I scheduled a routine maintain at 9:30 and my wife and I arrived before 9:15 since she will give me a ride to work. When we arrived there were two people at the front desk and they are just returning from previous service (I guess the 7:30 slot), and the Midas people just keep talking to them without any words or attentions on us. When we asked how long we may be waiting and he just replied one minute rudely and even without a look on us. Maybe he is in a hurry but I don't understand why he is so patient and kind to other customers. We waited for almost half an hour but no one took care of us even though they have other people chatting and relaxing in the working zone. I still gave them two stars because of the previous services but I will never use them nor recommend them due to their poor custom service.
