This place is great. I have gone through so many Treadmills over the years and getting them serviced was always a challenge - often waiting up to a month for a service call. The guys here service what they sell. I had a minor issue 2 years into my latest treadmill, gave them a call and they were at my house in a couple of days! Highly recommended!
I have been shopping at Fit Equip. for about eight years purchasing multiple pieces of equipment for myself and family. Each time they have fit me with a quality piece of equipment that meets my needs at a fair price. Their after sale support is excellent. John and Keith are great!
What a great store! Excellent selection of both new and used equipment. Laurie was super knowledgeable and very easy to work with! I will definitely be back for any of my fitness equipment needs in the future.
My wife and I purchased our treadmill here and were blown away by the service. The sales people were extremely knowledgeable about every model which helped us decide on the one we bought. Not only was the sales process fantastic, the delivery and installation team were very accommodating and did a great job going over the functions once it was setup. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for fitness equipment.
If I could award 6 stars I would. Laurie at the store was beyond expectations. I needed to buy an exercise bike for my elderly father. She was very knowledgeable and made some solid recommendations which , even though the bike she recommended was a little more expensive,,,,I am happy I spent the extra money. On top of her arranging for the delivery of the bike and setting it up in my parent's house, she additiionally took the time herself to ensure that my father was familiar the various features of his fitness bike. And through all of this stayed in excellent communication with all parties.I had originally called Dick's Sporting Goods and was going to go through them. But I am SO happy I made a call to this store. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. They act in a manner where service is important still... Old School attitude that plays great in my book of life!.
