Aweful company. Took 4 days freight from new york to boston. not one call or anything that they would be 3 days late
Delivery was scheduled for friday. Not getting my shipment till Tuesday because of the holiday. I'm 1 city over. They want over $150 to deliver today for " expedited shipping " even though tracling has it scheduled for today!
Call dispatch .surprise the driver can't back up in a one way street so they don't deliver
Don't expect anything to get to you on time.... This is the second large item that I've had delivered through YRC Freight where it is more than a few days behind. Furthermore, the website said it was out for delivery, so I called family friends to help me get the item off the truck, only to find there was a "glitch" in the system, and it wasn't actually being delivered that day.... Just terrible.
Never using this company again.
