I finished my master bath with the assistance of the tile shop staff. I went to the store numerous times, as I contemplated the style, the tiles in the overall look I wanted. I actually got to know the staff quite well given the amount of time I was there. Each and every staff I met were incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and help me put my ideas together. I'm very grateful for their assistance. The marble tile and Glass tile I decided upon were nothing short of beautiful. I would highly recommend the tile shop.
I loved my experience and I picked up samples and will be making a purchase today. These guys are good .. At least Brandon is for sure .. Please go ahead and look at the display bathrooms .. They are beautiful and will help you make the correct choices for your projects
My experience has been nothing but great my sales associate "Brandon, knight" was very understanding of my needs and helped me make the correct selections with the options available. It was educational as I was doing this for the first time and did not know any better .. I compared my experience with a few other down the street in route 9 and TWC wins it .. What is the big deal if they are on commission? The entire sales industry runs this was (I did not feel that way by talking to Brandon)

I am finishing a small bathroom with tile floors and went to the Tile Shop to have a look. The selection of tiles is impressive (although I don't have much to compare against). There are low cost options all the way through the expensive stuff. We were helped by Michael O'Connor and couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and customer service. Michael asked about our project and if we saw anything that we gravitated towards. We ended up picking two different tiles and taking home some samples (rent before you buy). Michael explained the entire ordering process and lead times to ensure we were informed for our project. After a few days went by I received a follow up email from Michael - just checking in (no pressure at all). Once we decided on the tile we went back into the store and ordered. Michael walked us through the grout matching process to pick a color we liked. Lastly, once the order was placed Michael indicated that it would come in the following Friday. We received a quick email when the material arrived (on Friday as promised). Bottom line, ask for Michael if the other reviews of pressure sales scare you away - he was fantastic to work with!
If you are a person of color, they won't help you. My wife and I need to replace our kitchen floor. We were in the store for 20min and no one offered to help us. The bad thing about it is, the 3 sales associates walked right pass us. Stay away if you don't want help in making a significant purchase.
