Excelled customer service experience. CPM (John) has been very consistent with the level of service. He clearly explains what our problems are and shares potential solution where both my wife and I are able to understand. There really needs to be more service professionals like John out there making the customer relationship a good one!
Just had a great experience with Control Point Mechanical! I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan after learning about it from CPM's owner Nick. Erin was prompt and professional with communications and scheduling. Ken and John came for a maintenance visit for my heating system and also answered all my questions concerning future AC projects. They are the most professional and courteous team you could ask to work with. Very well run company!
