best customer service....as i went there the employee working there was really helpful as he helped me up packing the box and for the shipment and they have cheap prices..i suggest to go there instead of fedEX
Very incompetent front desk staff...this kid send me to 188 Memorial Drive in Shrewsbury when I tried to pick up my package from them, but all along the package has been sitting at this place the whole time. This kid doesn't even bother checking my slips... He "tried" looking for the first time, didn't find it. I went back immediately after I went to 188 Memorial Drive and another staff help and she found it... Please corporate look into this store. Remove the franchise from them. They are not making their customers happy. You will just have bad rep from this store...
I don't think whoever owns/runs this place should do it anymore. I had a bad experience, and normally I would just leave it at that and never return. But I truly believe the people here are not good, very greedy, and really hate what they are doing- and their patrons as a result. I wish I could give zero or negative stars.
Highly recommend going across the street to FedEx where they have excellent customer service, or if you need to use UPS, drive a mile down the road to Staples.
Long story short, after coming here for a while due to its convenient location, I am fed up and will not be back for any of their services. Besides the outrageous pricing (that many reviewers have already commented on), the employees are slow and extremely rude. Time and time again they have been dismissive and will talk down to me as a customer.
Good friendly place. Reasonable rates. Good service.
