Most amazing doctors ever!!!!!!! The office manager is absolutely amazing.
Highly unsatisfied. I was contacted by this office stating that I owed a payment toward a doctor's visit I had gone to two weeks prior. On the phone, I was told multiple pieces of information that were maliciously false regarding my due balance, including the number of invoices that were sent, the date of the visit, etc. Several times the woman on the phone threatened to cancel a followup appointment I had scheduled for the following day, that had to be completed within that time frame. After contacting the main billing office, the billing error was corrected on Saint Vincent's end. When I went to the office the next day for my follow up, and requested to find out who had called me, the medical assistant stated that whoever had called had not written the patient contact in my file. She then suggested I speak with the office manager. The office manager was evidently the person who had called me as evidenced by her specific knowledge regarding the erred bill, but acted as though it was not her and continued to argue with me.
terrible. we only saw one doctor there, but she was so terrible we removed the entire family from the practice. we are now suffering from a lot of mental anguish due to the misguided doctor we went to who has a God complex and didn't like the idea that my husband and I wanted a second opinion. save yourself the trouble and don't go here. the office manager does not care what abuse her doctors give to their patients.
High deductible health plan holders beware: We found the care of the doctor to be ok, but we were billed over $600 for 3 routine appointments through our high deductible plan. We have never been billed nearly that much for similar services at other offices, even within St. Vincent Medical Group. I called billing, asked questions, and was repeatedly told there was nothing that could be done to lower the charges. They said I should have called the office and my insurance before the visit to find out how much it would cost. Hold times on the phone are excessive and leaving a message doesn't tend to work. We are moving from this office ASAP, we can't afford this care.
