Attempted to get help in finding an item that was listed on your website as in stock. The associate told me that just because it's on the website doesn't mean we have it, and continued to walk away. I've never filled out a review before,and I know it's not an easy job, but she was just flat rude.

Ordered 3 pairs of hiking boots before Thanksgiving. Nothing for over ten days. Waited 45 minutes on the phone and was told they hadn’t picked the order yet. “Will send an email to warehouse tgat’s All we can do”. Asked for supervisor got Annette Guzman who was just as bad as customer service rep But she finally promised to find out where our order was and was going to credit us 25% and expedite shipping to overnight ( and delete any shipping fees). Great right? Wrong she called the house to confirm that warehouse screwed up and we’d be all set. To this day NO discount ever applied, shipping was already free and NOT expedited and because they screwed up in not picking our order for ten days one of the pairs of hiking boots was no longer available! Worst experience ever and was scammed and lied to throughout!!
I go here for their Teva sandals. They have nice athletic clothing, shoes and supplies.
