Close, convenient and polite, I always go here, but I deduct the two points because touchless is not always working and the scrubbers don't always get the salt off
I like that walters' pressure wash guns spray heated water, but - almost every time ive gone there ive had to stop and move between 2-3 different bays because of broken equipment, machines that ate my money and didnt deploy the service, etc etc. To make it worse, when i went to find someone to help me with their broken change machine/spray gun/soap brush/time i was being charged when nothing would even work, every time it was a huge hassle. Id have to go out of my way to search all around the whole place, going in and out of areas that seemed i probably shouldnt even be in, and felt very unsafe, just to find someone who i thought could help me. Then id finally find someone.. And I get the '..what do you want......' attitude. I would explain to them how their equipment was broken and how i was charged for X amount of time without anything working, just for them to be condescending to me and reluctantly follow me over to my vehicle and provide a 'solution' I couldve thought of myself. ...like move to ANOTHER bay, and put MORE money in. Ive never once recieved any form of consolation, refund, or even just a remote sense of customer service/appreciation from this place. Its a shame. This car wash provides something were all looking for, in a convenient location with high traffic, and has features that alot of other places dont. This place could make a KILLING, if it just. had. the. right. MANAGEMENT !!!
Amazing Place. They use Old Belanger Equipment in their Tunnel wash and it works Great.
Vacuum cleaners have taken my money twice and not turned on. No one around to help resolve the issue
Not always working, not always fully clean of salt, but they do clean the car a second time if it is not cleaned.
Auto was broke down. Waited 20 min to get fixed. No refund
